Q: I haven't gotten my shipment, can you find out where it is?
A: Yes, of course, we have full tracking and details on every shipment. Here and there the post office may have an issue, but we can definitely help. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what is going on as soon as possible.
Q: I don't see where to add the coupon discount code?
A: If you're on a mobile device you need to click the link that says "Show order Summary" and it will open a box with a spot to enter the code and then just hit apply.
If you are on a desktop the area for the code is on the right of the page during the checkout process.
If you trying to add a code for an "auto-ship" or recurring subscription, unfortunately since these are already discounted you can't use a coupon code.
If you are using PayPal, the area to enter the code will come up when you get to the PayPal checkout.
